True Happiness

I want to talk about happiness.
The world today has a lot of theories on how to be happy. Money, power, sex, no responsibility, recognition for achievements, many other things as well. I've been down many of these "paths of happiness" in my life, but found the "happiness" to be short lived and fleeting. The hole, you know...that feeling of unfulfillment, persists in these paths and in many cases grows. The problem here, with all of these theories to be happy, is that they are flawed in this basic premise: That receiving and taking from the world will bring happiness. To take money, to take power, to take virtue, to take your time, to take glory. All of these theories focus on the "me" and getting what "I want and need".

I'm Back!

Okay! So I have just decided to start up this blog again.  I think the content is going to be all about just a positive glowing attitude about life.  I'm going to focus on helping others living life to the fullest by loving others around us.  I'm going to fill this blog with poems, stories, pictures, and spiritual insights.  Its going to be awesome!

First Post- What it's all About

Hey everyone,
Hurrah for my first post! What in the world do I want to talk about? Why do I even have this thing? At first I thought it would be a cool site to have to talk about my mission and give my thoughts and feelings while I am preparing for it. Second, I thought it would be a great way to just record any information going on in my life, so that friends and family could see what I am up to. Either way, we'll just see what this site evolves into. Love ya, Jeremy
